•Up to 10 consecutive hours day-of wedding
•Coordinators on site for your event
•E-mail and scheduled phone consultations
•Venue site visit and final meeting to confirm details
•Floor plan design
•Inventory list confirmation
•Confirm your chosen vendor services
•Oversee load in and set up of vendors
•Distribution of wedding day timeline
•Distribution of gratuities day-of wedding
•Distribute bridal party florals
•Cue bridal party for ceremony and reception
•Placement of favors and escort cards
•Placement of personal items and decor up to 20lbs 
•Consolidate items at end of wedding 
•Rehearsal coordination: one hour 
•Pick up of decor items the week-of wedding (within 20 miles)
•Emergency kit on hand day-of wedding
